Good to know before you start.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Create an account and everything works for 14 days. You only pay if you choose a plan afterwards, and you see the price on Stripe's own payment page before you confirm.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still look at your certificates, correct dates, download your bundle and delete your account. Adding new properties or certificates, reminder emails and AI reading switch off until you subscribe.
How much does the yearly plan save?
Yearly is £79, which works out at about £6.58 a month. Paying monthly for a year costs £107.88, so yearly saves £28.88.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open "Manage billing" in the app and cancel. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account cancels your subscription straight away.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Email hello@certlog.uk within 14 days of first subscribing and we will refund that payment in full.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Email hello@certlog.uk and we will switch you.
Is the AI reading always right?
No, and Certlog never relies on it. It only suggests the dates. You check every date against your certificate and tick a box before anything is saved.
Does Certlog register my property or give legal advice?
No. It helps you organise your own documents and shows you the dates. Always confirm requirements and dates on GOV.UK, which is the official source.
Who can see my certificates?
Only you. Files are private to your account. They go to Anthropic's AI service only if you click "Read dates from file". See the privacy notice for the details.
