What Certlog does
Upload the PDFs
Add each certificate for each property. You can drop in several at once.
Check the dates
On the paid plan Certlog can read the issue date, expiry date and reference number from your file. On the free plan you type them in. Either way, you confirm each date before it is saved.
Get reminders and a bundle
On the paid plan, emails go out well before each expiry. For each property you can download its certificates in one folder, ready for the register.
Certlog helps you organise your own documents. It does not give legal advice and does not register properties for you.
When your region opens
Landlords get three months from the day the register opens in their region.
